In this case report, we describe diagnosis treatment arthropathy in patient who underwent total hip arthroplasty (THA) knee (TKA). Knee Society Score 36 before 74, 82, 90 6 TKA. FJS 36.6, 63.9, 84.5 patient’s range motion returned normal, with significant reduction pain improved satisfaction levels THA can achieve good clinical outcomes patients ochronosis accompanied severe pain.
